Me and Kale tried make a polyn flower for our design and to add branches at the top to make it look creative for our design. We made special flower that is a cook island flag edition flower.

Bengal Swamp Tigers

LI: to write an information report that informs the reader about the swamp tigers.

Swamp Tiger

Swamp tigers have a very distinct fur color coming in orange with black stripes with white patches on their legs, face and chest. These beasts are very muscular and have strong jaws made to shred meat. They usually weigh about 300 – 660 kg. They are also known as the Panthera Tigris Tigris.

Did you know that swamp tigers grow 1.5 bigger than original tigers

These huge beasts need to eat, their diet consists of large bodied deers, pigs, cows, goats, buffalos, humans, but what makes these tigers so unique is that swamp tigers have adapted their territory so well they started hunting for fish and crabs.

(Are swamp tigers allowed to eat other than meat).

The swamp tigers live around grasslands with swamps. They also live around countries with a hot temperature.

We used our smart searching skills to find facts about the Bengal Swamp Tiger. Once we had found the information we needed, we made notes in our own words. We used these notes to help us write our information reports. Information reports give readers with information on a chosen topic by providing them with facts.

LI: to find information and take notes.

This week me and my partner Kale did some research on swamp tigers, swamp tigers are endangered species of tigers that are bigger than you think, we started by searching up information on google about swamp tigers. Then we moved on to watching videos to learn about swamp tigers appearance, diet, habitat and behaviour. After that we made a copy of information report document to gather all our information about swamp tigers. Then we finished our work by putting out information report on google slides so we can make a video of it for our audience to hear it.

I enjoyed this activity because its interesting to learn and research about interesting animals like swamp tigers.
